Payment Schedule
    * A minimum deposit of 1/3rd of any event package chosen is due at the time your date is reserved,
    * Another 1/3rd is due 60 days prior to your event date,
    * Any remaining balance is due 7 day's prior to your date.

Please note if any deposits are not paid when due, your date may be canceled along with the penalties stated below. Photography and Videography rate's for additional time only is $100 and per hour providing extra time is still available on that date.

Any remaining balances not paid within 30 days after customer is notified that their order is ready for pick-up is subject to a 15% late charge and for each month there after.  (Please Note) to call us within 1 week prior to your event date for a final review of your event Photography & or Videography plans.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are as follows will be deducted from your deposit: up to 6O days before event date no charge, 6O days or less to the date of your event, deposit is 1OO% non-refundable. In the event a event is postponed, canceled or rescheduled for any reason whatsoever, cancellation fees shall be the same as stated above.

Liability Limits
Although the utmost care will be taken with the handling of your digital images, photograph's, dvd's and or video tapes, Escoto Photo & Video limits any and all liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver digital images, photographs, dvd's or video tapes for any reason whatsoever to a full refund of any and all deposits paid. If a package chosen is with a pre-wedding/event photo session included and it is not used it still can be used anytime after a wedding/event date however no cash value will be awarded. It is also understood that if we are interfered with by anyone else photographing, videotaping or restricting us in any way at your event we will not be responsible for any non completion of digital image's and or video coverage. Customers are aware that Escoto Photo & Video consist of Cuauhtemoc Escoto the owner photographer/videographer and his team of partner photographers and videographers as well.

Copyright
All proofs, original digital images, negatives, master video-tapes and copyrights remain the property of Escoto Photo & Video including  any and all display,  advertising and publishing rights unless stated otherwise on your agreement. When purchasing images to a photo quality CD any and all copyrights will be released to the customer for those images. Video dvd's are copyright protected, additional copies of dvd's are available for $25 each.

Videography Services
To insure problem-free video coverage we take a minimum of two Professional Video Cameras on every location we do. Our cameras, editing and sound equipment include all the latest in state of the art recording, editing, and sound techniques to insure you the best possible video production.

Videographers
Manager and head of our videography department is Eduardo Castillo with over 16 years experience in the shooting and production of weddings and sport events we are proud to have him as head of our videography team.

In the unlikely event that something was to happen to your primary video cameraman, we have a full team of professional back-up cameramen on call 24 hours a day.
